This corporation refused to pay transport fees when costing a Disabled Veteran Owned Business a complete day of work by overloading there Truck. Not once but twice!! Do not ship there Metal!! Incompetent Loaders. When asked to be fair about they laughed at us!! What POS takes advantage of A Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business Berridge Metals Specifically Becky Wynne, Dwon Williams, & Brandon Cabrera. Do not trust there weight or loading skills!! Terrible customer service in the shipping/receiving department and warehouse. Show up early, and don’t show up at all between 12 and 1 Update, 6/4/2020. Another horrible experience at the Shipping and Receiving window. Turned away at 11:30 because they close at 12 for lunch. Couldn’t look up my order, needed me to tell him what I ordered. Spent 15 minutes typing at his computer before acknowledging me. Both at 11:30 and again at 12:30

I had 2 very poor experiences with the customer service and delivery departments. First my order was delayed 3 months because of a broken machine. Second order was paid for and my order was never placed but I was not notified. I reached out to the head quarter of the company etc and spoke to Becky . She was rude and hung up on me .
