They need better customer service in the loading aspect. Guys are always upset and don’t know how to load metal material. Mad and lazy to do any requested adjustments. I go to many other material stores and this one is the only one that ALWAYS complains. I only go here because they have specific colors others don’t have. Hope they do better I would love to bring more business.
The company I work for is doing a big project right now and we just got set back about a week because the flashing that we ordered is backwards. After calling Berridge, we were informed that not only were they aware of the mistake, they are unwilling to make it right. No refund, they won’t accept a return, no solutions offered. We will certainly find a new supplier for all of our future projects.
Extremely poor customer service. After standing by the office for 10 minutes I finally knocked on the glass and asked if a guy if someone could help me and get my order. He said we are all on lunch and proceeded to ignore me. Last time I will ever do business with them.

Emily with Berridge is absolute pleasure to work with. Had a few questions about pricing and she had my questions answered in minutes. Product quality cannot be questioned. Shop manager in Houston helped me out with samples and was very polite and pleasurable to deal with. If you are needing metal for your metal roofs I highly recommend Berridge for your supply needs.
