Shop manager in Houston helped me out with samples and was very polite and pleasurable to deal with. If you are needing metal for your metal roofs I highly recommend Berridge for your supply needs.
This corporation refused to pay transport fees when costing a Disabled Veteran Owned Business a complete day of work by overloading there Truck. Not once but twice!! Do not ship there Metal!! Terrible customer service in the shipping/receiving department and warehouse. Show up early, and don’t show up at all between 12 and 1 Update, 6/4/2020. Another horrible experience at the Shipping and Receiving window. Turned away at 11:30 because they close at 12 for lunch. Couldn’t look up my order, needed me to tell him what I ordered. Spent 15 minutes typing at his computer before acknowledging me. Both at 11:30 and again at 12:30
