First time using a tax specialist and I was very dissatisfied. He charged over $300 an hour just to literally put in the info I had gotten by myself. He wasted my time and told me I needed to do two appointments which I feel like all of this could’ve easily been done in one. The rates he charged are ridiculous, he charges as if he’s a lawyer. This is a scam. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!

Berrett has been open to creative ideas to reduce current and long term taxes. They are also very responsive and helpful.
Let me start by saying that we've never used a tax specialist before.. we just moved to Idaho and looked some up.. we decided to go with Berrett tax. We set up our meeting at 9:00 AM. He finally called us back at 9:08 and we answered some questions. He was just typing away.. keep in mind.. he's NOT CHEAP.. We also had to do a TON of pre paperwork online and input all of our information, which is fine, but what the heck did he do to charge us so much if everything was already there?
