Terrible time management, when I arrived was told Ahoon doc running an hour late, no explanation, no apology, like it’s just par for the course. That’s done for me, it’s complete disrespect for patients.
I initially gave a very low rating to this business, but they’ve recently upped their game. I do and have always felt like their intention is to help, but in the past overbooking has made me believe that money was at the forefront. Maybe they’ve reflected upon reviews and decided that the way they were running was hurting their business…either way, I feel the deserve a better score. They really are there to help.
Friendly and professional service starts from booking an appointment via an easy steps through their website or through the phone to coming to the centre to be met by very friendly reception staff always willing to assist and answer any queries then waiting in a very clean bright kids friendly waiting area then being invited by our GP D/ Sherif Soliman to our appointment, really hands down for this amazing humble friendly very knowledgeable skilled Dr/ Sherif.
