Richie the mechanic there is a lovely guy, he explained everything in detail and did a great job on the car. Will be recommending
Richie and the team here provide a really excellent overall experience - the customer service is friendly, communication is great. They are punctual, available and no mess no fuss. I actually felt compelled to review today because they went out of their way to fit me in on another day because my kids were sick on the original service day. Richie and his team at Berowra are excellent. He is upfront, reliable and I leave feeling confident that my car is running in the best condition it can be. Having had a few less than stellar dealership/mechanic experiences in the past, moving over to Richie has been a breeze. I even turned up a week early by accident once and Richie kindly accommodated me and got my car in that day. A great local business and mechanic, thanks team for looking after me and my car every time!
