Such a disappointing experience. I was sent here by a local stereo shop that had installed my stereo recently. Prior, he had spoken to Roger on the phone to let him know I was coming for a new battery. Upon arriving, I asked for Roger and he sent a young man named Trevor out to help diagnose the issue. I was told "I did not need a new battery". This was after they spent some time under the hood. However, I had been told by the stereo shop that indeed, it needed a new battery. Beroth came through in the clutch for me! Got a flat on my way to work, an hour away. They not only had the uncommon size of tire I needed but got it replaced on my lunch hour! Very professional and polite. I would highly recommend them for all your tire needs!
