We have had great visits and care for the past 5 years. We have always been able to get a sick pet seen. However, yesterday I called with a sick cat. They told me to I could: 1) wait 10 ten days til they had an opening, 2) call around to other clinics to see if there was an opening; or, 3) go to the vet emergency doc. Very disappointed with this change in their sick animal approach.
