We had a tragic loss in our family. Lots of unexpected everyday things to figure out. Dr Bernstein's office was one of the pieces we had to figure out and cannot say enough about how well we were treated and the gentle, upbeat kindness all the staff showed my grandson. Not only does his teeth look great but they have empowered him with healthy dental hygiene habits to use for a lifetime.
The staff are AMAZING and they stand by their work. They encourage their patients and provide support when needed to be successful in their treatment. I have taken both my girls here, and we have been very satisfied!
My daughter has special needs and everyone here has been understanding and kind in their interactions with her. She loves going to the orthodontist!
