Dr Bernstein has been my wifes Dr for omg over 25 years we only trust him He has always shown the upmost care and compassion with my wife and myself If he us not sure of anything regarding her rare condition he takes the time and will research and or definitely find someone who can help her. I had a first time appointment today, 11/15/2019. I arrived approximately an hour earlier to my 10:40 am time to complete necessary paperwork in advance to my appointment time. However, it was surprising that there was no first time paperwork to complete, nor a HIPAA document to sign. (I have been in the medical profession for 50 years, so am very familiar with first visit paperwork.)
