He was thorough and empathetic.
I saw this Orthopedic about 4 months ago regarding terrible knee pain. He took Xrays and told me nothing was wrong and tremendously focused on me being overweight and trying to get a gastric bypass revision surgery. I told him that something was wrong but he refused to listen. I went to a pain management doctor who ordered an MRI and discovered that I have a torn meniscus amongst other injuries in my knee. I have been trying to find a Dr who can help me with numerous problems, however have been unsuccessful until now. I highly recommend Dr. Bernstein to everyone. Has a wonderful staff, my best experience ever.
Several months ago I took my 18 year old son to see Dr. Bernstein, and last week I took my 86 year old father. This is an excellent doctor, a careful listener, very thorough and patient, and I feel very confident in his advice. Excellent staff, too. The only negative is the waiting time; we waited about an hour to be seen. However, once we made it out of the waiting area our experience was very good.
