My experience seeing Dr. Bernstein today was unfathomably poor. When I called to schedule my appointment, I only told the receptionist about one of two issues I was planning to be seen for because the other one is very personal. After waiting 30 minutes in the lobby past my 4:00 appointment time, I was taken back and then waited another 15 minutes before Dr. Bernstein came in.
