I suggest you take a good hard look on whether you want to sign up for this program. My weight issues are as a result of a busy job that requires extensive travel. Despite having success on the program, I was told that unless I can come to clinic two times per week, every week, that I cannot participate on the diet. Since I travel to remote locations, this is an impossible condition for me to meet.
