Dr Bernstein is the best dentist I have ever used. His work is excellent and his staff members are kind and courteous. Can’t say enough good things about that office.
Dr. Bernstein's office is just wonderful. Everytime I have gone, it has been a pleasant experience. The waiting area is clean and cozy. Wait time has never been too long with Cassandra at the helm. She has been very helpful and accomdating for someone as myself who works 9-5 on the weekdays. Give this woman a raise! She always has a smile. I never thought it was possible to enjoy visiting a dentist this much (and I had to go multiple times within a month). The office is clean and welcoming, the staff is kind and efficient, and I'm 100% convinced that Dr. Bernstein is the most knowledgeable, informative, and caring dentist in NYC. If you're looking for a dentist who's thorough, takes the time to explain everything to you, and is GENTLE (his nickname is Painless Paul), then congrats, you found him!
As a senior citizen, I've had at least 10 different dentists in my life. Recently, I was referred to Dr. Bernstein for an emergency situation involving two old root canals that were abscessed. Dr. Bernstein was professional and extremely caring during these procedures and practically painless. Great doctor and my new dentist
