When I was looking for a builder I wanted some very specific things: Quality craftsmanship, timely communication, adherence to a timeline and staying within a budget. Although we are probably not their typical customer, Bernskoetter did a great job our shop expansion project that involved a number of tricky obstacles. It was a tight space, for a collision center, we needed duct work built into the foundation with concrete tunnels and suspended portion of the finished floor, etc. We were able to keep operations 100% functional during the build and that was big deal for us. They have also put in a new, smaller restroom for us since then. I would recommend them for anything you need.
