DO NOT BUY A FOUNTAIN FROM THIS COMPANY. They have the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. Bought a fountain that doesn’t work. I tried all the troubleshooting and then have been getting the runaround from the customer service manager Joley and her employees for two weeks trying to get this resolved. If upper management reads this and actually cares, please look up my case notes and resolve this issue for me!
1 motor and lights stopped working after 1 week. Emailed over 5 times for replacement or return label for refund. Nothing. Filed claim with my credit card. Finally got a return label. Fountain returned. Delivered back on Dec 15. STILL NO REFUND!!!
I purchased a Bernini Fountains product from @QVC in February 2025. It stopped functioning within a few months, well within the warranty period. Bernini has ignored multiple emails from me in an attempt to resolve this issue so I filed a BBB complaint. A warranty is worthless if the company won’t stand behind it and I have had a broken fountain sitting in my yard all summer that is still under warranty. As a longtime QVC customer, I am extremely disappointed that QVC is still partnering with this vendor.
