Buy your machine elsewhere Nice selection of fabrics and good instructors for their classes. I recently purchased a machine from them. I wish I had shopped around more for a place to buy a machine because they've been really lame at support and follow-up. For $3500 I expected a least a phone call after purchase. A lot of unkept promises were made. Bottom line-good for fabric and classes, but buy your machine elsewhere. (By the way, I love my new Bernina.)
Helpful, even from a distance Many years ago I bought my Bernina at the Bernina World of Sewing. They were very knowledgeable and helpful even then. I have purchased numerous parts there and they have always been great to work with. I recently moved to Cape Coral Florida and found that there was nothing nearby to compare. Great staff! Great Fabric Their selection of fabric is outstanding. There are so many beautiful colors and prints to inspire every quilter. The staff is knowledgeable and always willing to help you.
All your sewing needs in one place This is a nice shop near the Crabtree Mall. They have a beautiful selection of fabrics and notions and many sewing machines to choose from. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful if you have questions. They offer classes for children and adults, which I hope to take in the near future. Extremely helpful I went into the shop looking for "sewing furniture" - something that would make my quilting, and my new quilting room work more effectively and without back pain. I was helped and quickly determined which table would work for me. Within 1 week it was in and my husband and I went to pick it up - The staff was wonderful - their help was without pressure - and very supportive. The fabric selection is fantastic. I would highly recommend all the way around.
