These people are so sweet and kind and PATIENT!!! I have purchased three machines from them and have never felt rushed or pressured to purchase any of them. Love them!
I no longer live in Lubbock however I lived there for over 25yrs and always enjoyed Vicki and her top notch customer service! She never assumed you were a customer who would or would not make a purchase in her store. She treated every customer exactly the same! And that is not something that can be said for all dealerships! I would leave her store with a purchase of something even though I only went in to look around, and I would think, Vicki you did it again! Love your new look Vicki!
I love, love this store and my favorite person is Vicki. I own 3 Babylocks and I treasure them. I always feel like I am family. The staff are all wonderful and knowledgeable and I love you all!

I could spent all day in that store just looking around at the beautiful fabric and thread and machines, surger that are there love it thank you for all the help when I come to a bump in the roard on something that I don't quite know what to do!
