Bernina Jeff was recommended to me early on when I bought my Bernina a year ago. I've learned so much from those videos, and so when I was passing through and had the opportunity to! A nice shop, very friendly staff! Very happy I stopped in, left with an armful of fun!. Would have said hi to Jeff but he was teaching a class. Thank you so much for all the videos, they have really helped me to love my machine!
Went in to pick up some thread for a project that I had trouble matching. Someone helped me right away and it was a great match. I looked around because there were so many interesting projects and fabric. Seemed like maybe some people were there for a class. Hadn't seen that many people together enjoying fabric in a long time. Seems like a great place to take a class!
The best people work there. So nice, attentive. I've been everywhere with my embroidery machine, and this was the best experience.
If you value customer service, this is the place to buy a sewing machine or have it repaired. I bought a Bernina 770 from Jeff about 4 years ago. We moved to Arizona and I was having problems with my machine that no one could seem to fix. On vacation, I took it back to Hi Fashion, and Jeff had it fixed by the next day as a courtesy to me since we were leaving town and heading back to Arizona.
