Beware! The guy who bought this company is a scammer. Save yourself the time and money. He said all the right things, had good reviews, but took our deposit, did 1/4 of the job, and then went MIA. We are out money and got set back weeks.
I contacted Brandon at Bernie's to schedule an Appt and Quote. When it came time to actually start the agreed upon work, he refused to respond to phne calls, voicemails, or texts. This severely delayed our project. Stay Away. You Will be Disappointed.
I phoned Bernie's Texturing Ltd on September 20, 2021 @ 1223 hr but it went to voice mail. Immediately I got a text from Brandon advising he was in a meeting and asked what can he do for me. I immediately replied. On September 23, 2021 @ 1951 hrs he finally replied with asking when he could come take a look. His work may be good, that is not something I ever found out. We had Bernie’s Texturing repair and redo our main floor ceiling and some small repair areas on the 2nd level. We moved 9 lights and added a few more! Great service and a job well done! We found Brandon to be thorough and detailed in providing the estimates and going over the repair options. Christian was great with the drywall repairs and prep and Bernie looked after us with getting the walls and floor protected as well as the texture and painting. Yes they aren’t the cheapest game but I believe we got our money’s worth.
We used Bernie’s Texturing to repair our water damaged knockdown ceiling. They did an excellent repair, and also took great care in draping the area and cleaning up after the work was done. I highly recommend this company!
