I called camping world was on hold for15 minutes waiting to talk to a parts guy. Never answered. Bernie took care of us. A stabilizer plate came off our rv. Pulled in to Bernies place. He found one in his shop, tweeked it and made it work for us. Highly recommend using him for any rv repair u need. Took 1 hour to repair it. Thank you Bernie.
He was very inprofessional , ranted and yelled at me about how it was taking so long and does not know what he is doing. If he breaks his old tools while working on your rig he expects you to replace it with a new one. Do not let him near your rv!! If there was a minus rating I would give him that.
Bernie is a great guy with lots of local knowledge! Took time from another project to install an AC unit. Wouldn't mind stopping in anytime I come through Stratton just to say hello.

I would give him 10 stars if I could. I absolutely cannot say enough good things about Bernie. This gentleman bent over backwards to help me. I was traveling east to North Carolina when I realized my refrigerator had stopped working. I called on a Sunday night at 730 expecting no answer, not only did he answer he was going to come to me!
