Would give 0 stars if I could. This park is a joke, the lot rent is unaffordable, nothing is included and the rules are ridiculous. The water is garbage and the management is simply just money hungry and taking advantage of people who are already struggling to survive in this economy. I've lived her for just shy of a year and its done nothing but get worse. If youre looking to move into a park in this area, do not move into one owned by stackhouse.
The place was affordable to until these new owners jacked the rent up and said they would raise it 10 to 15 dollars a year most of the people here are low income and can’t go anywhere and these people don’t care about any of that it’s been hard for the last 3 years and now this come on man
