If I could give zero stars, I would. Bernie came out to give an estimate. Had good ideas and seemed engaging enough. He said he would send me the estimate but never did, unless his policy is to follow through on estimates after five days. The job was probably too small for him since it was to repair or replace an irrigation system timer and repair and add some above ground hose line and repair a valve and maybe add an inline timer.
