Please DO NOT Use this company for any repairs to your hot tub! I recently set up a service call for my hot tub. Bernie was out of town so he sent his associate Ken. I provided the brand and model of the hot tub prior on the call which if they were any way professional they could have looked up the schematic before call. Ken showed up while I was at work and proceeded to rip off the panels. He broke several pieces and dumped them in the grass. Bernie came out and set up our new to us tub. He was wonderful to deal with, brought everything needed to do the job and gave us a lesson on chemicals and the use of the settings. Thanks again.
