I replaced a failing pump on my hot tub myself. Pump was easy enough to replace but being an older hot tub I quickly found out the some of the older fitting had become brittle with age. Ended up snapping off a fitting to a small line while replacing the hot tub. Of course this happens at night when you don’t have the parts needed or the ability to get them on a weekend. Fantastic service and results. Bernie answered the phone, understood my problem, showed up the next day - on time - and fixed my hot tub with no issues. Highly recommended!

Please DO NOT Use this company for any repairs to your hot tub! I recently set up a service call for my hot tub. Bernie was out of town so he sent his associate Ken. I provided the brand and model of the hot tub prior on the call which if they were any way professional they could have looked up the schematic before call. Ken showed up while I was at work and proceeded to rip off the panels. He broke several pieces and dumped them in the grass.
