I wish I could write a good review., unfortunately I had a bad experience. very dissaponted. Decided to use Bernie's because of the positive reviews. I travel from Long Island to Brooklyn to replace a mirror on a door. I was quoted 2 prices and was told it would take 3 to 4 days. Went with the higher price because I wanted to be done right I had to wait over a week to pick up the door only to find the knobs were put in incorrectly he told his assistant I would have to wait 2 hours for him to return to the shop or to come ... read more
