The customer service here is horrible. It shouldn't matter how many times you talk to a customer if they are not satisfied. The fact that this shop was paid and can't follow up on a simple request is a huge problem.
I used Bernie's for my wedding. I'm very unhappy with the execution and outcome. I asked for a minimum of a dozen roses plus other flowers in a contract to prevent the bouquet from being too small. In reality, they gave me only 4 roses which made a bouquet very small. When I talked to them about it they didn't apologize, but instead made excuses. Please don't give them any business. They can't be trusted to follow through or take responsibility for their mistakes. Business owners need to keep their end of a contract as well.
