I have brought my car to Bernie's last week. I was very pleased with the service offered. Jeff, the manager, was very kind and professional, and gave me the result of his investigation. He answered all my questions and was very honest (I asked about certain parts I thought might be bad but he reassured me on those). Thank you to the Eli, the mechanic who inspected my car as well. This is money well spent if you want to be at peace with your car.
Meh, they quoted me $1,830 for brakes and rotors for my Transit 350HD Dually. Guess I’m going to have to do it myself. 💪🏽 Parts only totaled $550.
They provided exceptional service with prompt timing, accommodating our limited availability as we were only in the area for a week. Jeff was excellent at communicating the diagnosis, providing an accurate estimate, and clearly outlining how long the job would take. We’re very glad everything fit into our schedule. Highly recommend to anyone in the area!
