First contact was responsive to request for an appointment. The visit was informative and testing was next. I was told approximately three weeks to get approval then I would hear from her. Over a month past , I had called and was told she is still waiting for approval. Still no call, I had to reach out once again. I had to miss my Doctors appointment and reschedule due to the delay in testing. Finally got in for testing and then had to go back to get the results. Took a fam member to an appt. Dr. Bernier was exceptionally attentive, very caring and warm personality. For us it was quite the drive to her office but well worth it. I’d definitely refer and recommend her to other patients. Thank you Dr. Bernier for caring; many don’t these days, but you have heart!
