Disappointed with my contact lenses. They broke in under two months and I was told there was no warranty support as it “depends on the supplier.” The lenses were very expensive and I had to pay twice because the correct prescription/size wasn’t found at the first appointment. Every visit, even review appointments, was charged. Staff were polite, but the cost and lack of support was very frustrating.
Fantastic service, I had to get an emergency appointment after an issue with a contact lens and I received kind, caring and professional treatment from the moment I walked in. Laura explained everything to me in great detail and educated me on many things that I wasn’t aware of when it comes to eye care and contact lenses. Thank you so much!
