I recently visited the TD bank branch at 15 Eglinton Avenue to receive assistance with online payment procedures. Iqra Tyler, a representative, provided significant guidance on navigating the system, facilitating my initial online transaction. Later, I required another transaction, but it didn’t work. The management team and every single staff member at the TD Hewes Branch consistently provide exceptional service. Their dedication to customer care is evident in their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to assist at every turn. This review is specifically for the small business section of the High River Branch. If I could give half a star I would. The only reason this review deserves any star is because eventually my mortgage was finalized - albeit late. I went into the branch on Thursday to enquire about renewing and purchasing GIC's. I was promptly told by the teller (without asking details) that the staff may be busy. He then walked over to a staff who appeared free (Ilhan Ibrahim was the name on the door) she and he chatted and then I was told that I should return on the day it was to be renewed. Be careful when doing business with this bank. I wish I would have recorded my conversations with them. The manager and financial planners are disgraceful
