There hours are not the best, and did a rough job on my insurance job
I cannot recommend these guys enough for their professionalism, communication and kindness over the last few days. My car was broken into on Friday morning resulting in a smashed ignition and broken window, it went into the shop Monday and it was ready to pick up Tuesday afternoon. Their communication was incredible and they were super understanding that I needed to get home as I am from the Hawkes Bay. They even picked me up from the car rental company when it was ready. Great communication
Recently needed wing mirror replaced due to hit and run.Bernie Fama services were brilliant.Great communication,workmanship and prompt.The woman in reception was exceptional made me feel very welcome nothing was a problem and put me at ease with her knowledge about the job.
The best car repair service by far. Had a break-in and ignition was ripped apart, problem fixed in 1 day. Had 2 similar incidences, other company took over a week. Highly recommended to all.
