Recently needed wing mirror replaced due to hit and run.Bernie Fama services were brilliant.Great communication,workmanship and prompt.The woman in reception was exceptional made me feel very welcome nothing was a problem and put me at ease with her knowledge about the job.
The best car repair service by far. Had a break-in and ignition was ripped apart, problem fixed in 1 day. Had 2 similar incidences, other company took over a week. Highly recommended to all.

Each time I called, I was told someone would get back to me before the end of the day — but that never happened. The lack of communication was already frustrating, but it didn’t end there.
