I had an accident with my brand-new car — it only had 500 km on the clock — so I was understandably gutted. I took it in for an assessment on 7 January 2026, which was their first day back, and the service was outstanding from the start. My car was repaired in less than a week and looks perfect again. Thank you so much for the fast, professional service. Very satisfied customer!
While the work itself was really great, an entire week to fix a small paint scrape seems excessive. And $70 for a loan car when most places offer this free of charge. Also, after the work was completed I asked the insurance company the cost, $1900! Talk about insurance extortion. Someone else hit my vehicle so I wasn't at fault but that really isn't the point.
My recent experience with the Bernie Fama panel and paint was exceptionally positive.
