Our first experience was great. They were timely, friendly and reasonable. Our second experience we had a sink connected and the technician forgot a stutor vent and we had initially got charged for the 3hrs he was gone to go get the part. When I called to address our outrageous bill, they only took off a hour and a half. He was only there for 2 hours and we were initially charged for five! We won't be using them again. Review your bill with caution.

The Buchner service and timely attention to my flooded bathroom .. from a backed up toilet …was amazing. Reasonably priced and I am grateful to the crew that helped save my bathroom and clearing the pipeline. Thank you guys.

Maybe one should not schedule on a Friday, because this guy/plumber named Mike seemed to be in a bit of a hurry, after he believed he had solved the kitchen sink clog. This was cleared officially by another one of their former plumber's. I know the sound & the fast draining of a clear drain. That was achieved a few years ago, that's why I was surprised it plugged again. My bad, I did pour some grease there thinking it could take some chased with water afterwards, but that had stopped.
