He's simply amazing. The absolute best customer service I have ever experienced with an insurance company and a consistent ability to go above and beyond my expectations. I'll never do business with another agent. I have sent all of my friends and family his way. A pleasure to work with and to speak to. Very professional, patient and thorough. Takes time to answer all of your questions and address any concerns. An asset to the company and community!!
Bernie is awesome! I am 24 and really don't know that much about insurance. I am getting my first apartment and had a lot of questions about renter's insurance and if I should bundle with my car. Bernie was super helpful in explaining the pros and cons and assisting me throughout the entire process. He was very responsive to my emails and calls and beat a previous quote from another insurance company. I would absolutely recommend him and his staff.
Bernie is a nice guy. Unfortunately, his office quoted me a price for new auto insurance, and ended up charging me more. Even though the quote was in file, and they acknowledged it, they would not fix it. They also had some bad policies about paying so much up front. I would not recommend working with this office, or State Farm.
