Wonderful dentist and the assistants are so friendly. Too bad the receptionist isn't very good at customer service. Told me I was in network, did some work then got my statement of explanation from my insurance and it turns out my insurance is out of network. Called to cancel and she wouldn't let me get a word in when I told her I'm out of network. Kept saying that she doesn't see any where that I'm out of network about 10 times. Eventually, I had to be mean and told her that I'm not lying and I'm not sure what happened. She... read more
