I had a great experience from start to finish. This was my first time here and front desk was kind and courteous. Jamie the tech made me feel at ease and comfortable. Dr. Bernice Adu-Amankw was outstanding. She was welcoming, thorough, knowledgeable, educational, and made me feel safe. The whole office made me feel like I was in a safe space. Her compassion, expertise, and attention to detail were truly impressive. I left feeling confident in my care and grateful for the time she spent with me. First time patient with Dr. Adu at this West Orange office. I was very early as I’m coming from further away (sought her out because of her amazing reviews) and the front desk staff is so pleasant from the phone calls to my in person interaction with them. They were even able to check me in & see the doctor earlier than my scheduled appointment. Very happy with my decision in choosing Dr. Adu!
I can't speak more highly about Dr. Adu and here entire staff...They take time and care with every patient. Dr. Adu is extremely knowledgeable and blends modern medicine with wellness and best practices. You feel like you are getting tailored care which is impossible to find these days. Both my daughter and I go to her and I was so impressed with how she managed my daughter's first time visit to a gynecologist. Outstanding experience! 10 out of 10.
