As an established patient, it is impossible to get an appointment due to the providers availability. Office staff and direct physicians phone service completely disregarded the severity of my symptoms to excuse the fact their office had no availability with ANY of the providers in that office. I had already been to centra care and had a telehealth visit with my insurance for this illness and was only getting worse. I’ve had a great experience with Dr Pritchett and her office staff. Very helpful and friendly.
New patient? Don’t bother. I’ve been trying to get an appointment with her for a year and the time remains the same, 3-4 month wait for new patients. She has exceptional reviews which is why I keep trying but honestly, I’ll be dead in 4 months waiting to be seen smh. For advent health to be the largest medical group and they make you wait this long to see someone is disappointing.
