We recently worked with Stephen Bernheim on a settlement and he is the reason attorneys have a bad reputation. He is only interested in billable hours. The responses I would receive from him would ask the same questions I had answered several times already. He acted clueless when in fact he was probably very smart as he received several thousand dollars and dragged out a case over a 6 month period that should have been settled in a week. Do not use him, you will regret it.
