Boasting of lush green landscapes and tall trees as far as the eye can see, the Bernheim Arboretum & Research Forest was founded by Isaac Wolfe Bernheim in 1929. The forest is divided into two parts - mainly the arboretum and the natural area - together spanning a total of 14,500 acres (58679418 square meters). There are nearly 6000 trees and shrubs that grow on the property, some of which include maples, crab apples, conifers, oaks and dogwoods. I highly recommend visiting when you're in Kentucky.
Went to the Laser Guided Star Tour. Lasted about 45 min longer than expected, but that's probably because the old guys sure can ramble
