I have to say just how much I have been impressed by the dentists in this practice. I am a very nervous and anxious patient when it comes to dentists and after moving to ipswich I had to look for a new dentist. I called a few in the area but the receptionist at Berners was the only one that made me feel at ease. I have been seen by three different dentists since joining the practice and I have to say I cannot fault any of them. The dentist I saw today was lovely. I been in this dental practice. I can’t tell right though about treating front teeth. For my sister just done wrong been doing front teeth filling Didn’t look right when my sister back from dentist. She had to go to another dentist who done professional and look much better than been and healthier. I myself don’t want go anymore here. Might now improved than been before .
I am very keen on giving praise when get good service, as well as criticism when get bad service. I am more than happy with the service i have had at this Practice, the care and treatment i have had was so very good, asking me all the time if everything was ok and if anything was hurting which it was not. I felt very relaxed with the treatment. i am very impressed many thanks to all at the Practice
Have been to this dentist twice now for appointments with Dan. He is a fantastic dentist very caring and thorough and explains all throughout the appointment what he is doing. The dentist assistant is a lovely lady and reception are very helpful. I feel very welcomed at this dentist
