Dr. Berner is the most caring, personable psychiatrist around. I highly recommend him!
Intelligent, communicative, easy to work with. Dr Berner is fantastic!
I love Dr. Berner and have been seeing him since he joined the UofA system in 2018/2019. I got in quickly and never have a problem with follow up appt. Maybe he has too many patients because he is the only one on campus. This is not his fault. The University needs to address this issue.
If you are a faculty member at UARK, I strongly recommend you find another doctor. He is rarely available and his office is inconsistent with their responses. He is convenient (as in being located on campus), but it may cost you your health. Pat Walker's response to my concerns was very poor. If I could give 0 stars to him and the entire place, I would.
For a place that is supposed to be there for peoples mental health, they DO NOT answer the phone. DO NOT return phone call and DO NOT respond to any emails. I will not recommend this place to anyone. I would rate this a 0 star if able.
