Office lady very polite ...friendly staff ....but arrival time 1200 ...left time 1900 pm its hand bomb so make sure you bring food ...it takes time to get loaded ...cheers
Staff very friendly! Thank you girls! It takes few hours to load a full trailer.
Unfortunately it was bad... i was told to be there at 2pm didnt leave until 6pm my order wasnt even ready everything was small and in cheater pots very upsetting they use to be good not no more

We order from Bernecker’s in bulk a few times a year and have had the pleasure of visiting their location from Canada. Amazing team,quality plants and always something funky and new to find!! The plants arrive to us in great shape,even after a couple day truck ride. Fast response rate from staff also.
