This Dr treats my Mother well. Pleasant & explains things in an easy to understand way. Definitely recommend.
Went today to have fluid drained from behind my ear drum and Dr. Bernat was wonderful he explained everything he was doing. I went in today not being able to hear very well and left hearing everything!!!! The Dr and his staff are absolutely wonderful.
I saw Dr.Bernat 1 Time who I loved .Was supposed to go for a follow up appointment my appointment was changed 3 different times which I didn't have a problem with...I was supposed to be there today on April 17 at 245.I told them when they called to confirm my appointment that there was a chance that I may not be there as to I work on Wednesday I was talked to by whomever was on the phone like a child.. I am being marked as a no show. Well u know what there are plenty of other ENTs that I can see that will work with me and my... read more
