I have no idea who Mark bernardy is, but his office placed a negative report on my credit report from 4 years ago?!?! I called his office to inquire about this and the phone number is out of service. This screams scam.
Have provided Dr. Bernardy with all insurance info for a PRE-APPROVED VETERANS CHOICE procedure , and because His office fails to followup with the V.A. he has not gotten paid , he has turned it over to collections, I have repeatedly provided them with the correct contacts. and have even assisted him in processing. Yet he continues to violate Federal law with his attempt to collect from me personally.
