The owner is a psychopath. Incredibly rude to people that live in the area
Horrible Service Employees always looking to fight. Dont really have any clue what their doing when it comes to detailing cars. Every car I had detailed there ended up with scratches in them.
Dont use it This place is perhaps the best example of poor service by Jersey meatheads. I have used this car wash about 15 times and they are consistantly rude and pushy. (dont pay extra for the wheel treatment, it is useless, even if they ask you 3 times) I asked them not to use a brush on the paint and they did anyway and scratched my new car. Without even looking at it, they said "impossible, we did'nt do nothin" Dont believe the ratings that were written by the owners. August '10 review sounds more like this place.
Bernardsville Car Wash is convenient and friendly It's great to not have to travel far to get your car washed. The staff is always friendly and eager to offer the service that will best suit your car. There are several vacuum stations on site in addition to the wash. I just wish that there were less people having the same idea as me when I visit.
just like Cheers... I have been going to Bernardsville Car Wash for 10 years and always find the dad and brothers to be so polite and professional as well as their other workers. My kids look forward to going through the wash cycle as they have been doing this sine they were babies and now when one of the brothers (car wash) comes up to our window, my kids get big smiles on their faces....it is true what they say "you want to go where everybody knows your name"....thx!!!
Bernardsville Car Wash Terrible Customer Service Bernardsville Car Wash does not even deserve ONE Star. This business is operated by a family of rude, obnoxious and generally unpleasant people. Good Service I work in Basking Ridge and choose to use Bernardsville Car Wash weekly rather than the car washes closer to my home. I have not found a car wash anywhere which does a better job cleaning alloy wheels as part of its exterior package. Coupled with the tire gloss, the "VIP" wash is a good value. I have referred several of my co-workers and they too have become repeat customers. I have always found the staff friendly. Give this place a try.

Owner needs an attitude adjustment! The owner of this antiquated carwash seems to carry a very large chip on his shoulders. My wife and I have been using this car wash because its the only game in town...so we put up with the rudeness and overall poor customer service. Their washing process fails to clean along the rocker panels and I brought my car back to have them cleaned.
