We recently stayed at Benard's Landing, unit 301. We loved everything about it! Great experience with the owners-very responsive and so helpful. The condo was very clean, very nicely decorated, and had everything we needed! The scenic views from the condo are absolutely amazing! We were short steps away from the lake and the convenience of having a place to dock our Sea-Doo boat during our stay right in front of our condo was awesome! We loved having a pool right by us! We were. So pleased with our accommodations. I had lived at Smith Mountain Lake for 18 plus years and wanted to visit after being gone for 5 years. The patio was perfect for early morning coffee. Our host was always available for any questions. We had one small cliche but nothing that wasn't made right. We were beyond pleased that we have already booked two more stays.

This was a huge disappointment. John corresponded well and tried to assist but did not acknowledge the disappointment I had stated. The view is wonderful and at first glance the living room looks nice. Unfortunately the rest was less than great. Bed frame wasn't attached, door handle broken, toilet paper holder broken, shower head broken. I was charges a cleaning fee and a damage fee when so much was damaged when we got there!
