My plumber for the day was Bernard's Plumbing employee. He visited to repair our drinking fountain drain in Fort Worth. It was an exceptional, 5-star service throughout. Anytime we encounter an issue, I won't hesitate to reach out to him.

Our water heater valve was showing an error, and we contacted and had George McCoy come out. He was professional and knowledgeable, and was able to repair it up within a couple of hours. The office was also essential and willing to explain, communicative. Great experience overall!

The tech responded and gave a clear estimate for a water heater replacement. He answered all of our questions and explained exactly why he recommended each thing. He was also knowledgable. wonderful customer service. In the end we didn't use them, but I would call them again.
