Was very hot, but the hot tub and pool were amazing. Needs air circulation tho.
Bernard House & Pavilion is a terrible venue for wedding. Tables & chairs were filthy and the new on site venue manager (Susan) was unavailable, unfriendly and argumentative. Seriously, she was horrible and has no business being even remotely close to a customer service position. The bridal room is poorly ventilated (super hot & sunny) with zero privacy to use restroom located down the hall where all the guests and groom’s party are located.
