My wife and I have been customers at Bernard's Jewelers for over 25 years. After Bernard's death, we have seen a serious drop in service by the personnel in the store. I took my Citizen's Eco-Drive watch to them for repair on December 15, 2023. I was told that it could take up to two weeks.
