Dr. Bernardo de La Guardia may be excellent, but the office management leaves much to be desired. After a recent change in my father's medication, he wished to continue with his previous prescription. He contacted the office and was told the doctor’s assistant would follow up, but more than a week has passed without any response. A more reliable follow up system is essential, as this level of disorganization is frustrating and unacceptable for patients.
