Everything about this place is absolutely amazing.
If I could choose one Charlotte restaurant to be a regular at, it would be Bernardin’s. We have been three times now and have always had an amazing experience. Every dish we’ve tried has been spot on, and the service and drinks are fantastic. Genuinely one of the best filets I’ve ever had!
This place has mediocre food at best and over priced. I had a business meal with four guests and we ordered different appetizers and meals, all not even chain restaurant quality, let alone fine dining. I was so embarrassed to have brought my clients here. The waitress also completely forgot a clam chowder that one of the guests ordered and he reminded her at the end and asked her to remember to take it out of the bill. Came here with my friend because we wanted to try a nice/fancy restaurant and were really excited for the experience. We made a reservation ahead of time and were looking forward to the night, but unfortunately the service really changed the experience for us. Our waitress seemed irritated the entire time and came across as unfriendly and passive aggressive throughout the evening.
