We moved and our old dealership was too far away. My first experience with Bernardi service was great, they replaced a tire on a new car due to a nail puncturing it, price was good, service felt above and beyond. Paid for the tire and balance. The new tire was placed on the rear of the car. Came back for preventative maintenance, again, service was great. Tires rotated, new tire was now in the front. Buyer beware! I purchased a pre-paid package for 3 oil changes. I used my 2nd one today and found out my 3rd will expire before I can use it!?! I spoke to management about it and he said "sorry there is nothing we can do".
Vehicle serviced ina timely manner.
