I made an appointment and upon arrival I was told it would be 1 and 1/2 hours for service, however, I was there for 4 hours. Additionally, the cost presented to me upon arrival for an oil change was the charge for labor only and did not include the cost of the oil, doubling the actual price of service.
Philip was excellent. Very attentive and polite. Unfortunately when I picked up the car the touch screen was broken. Doesn’t work at all. Just a black screen. There were no technicians available at that time, so I need to bring the car back.
I've never had an issue in dealing with them. Their customer service is great!
