My review of the law firm of Bernardi & Spencer will be different than most because I actually WORKED for both of these attorneys some years ago as a paralegal. Paralegals, of course, are not merely "correspondence typists" and file clerks, but clearly must be versed in a great deal of law (I had a Two year Paralegal certificate so took some 15 courses in many areas of law).. I've used the services of this office since 2006 for basics like a will and answering questions for me, etc.. and they have always done a fine job.

Nice enough guy (Bernardi). Met with him and he told me he would be there on the day of the trial to represent me. He sent me multiple letters to call him as he wanted "additional information" I returned his calls promptly each time and I left detailed messages. He finally calls me the day before the trial and his words were basically "I won't be there tomorrow, your on your own. I advise you to just plead guilty" when asked about the poor communication on his part, his response was "I guess I screwed this one up" and then h... read more

Messiest law office I've ever seen. I almost wanted to walk out just from seeing the front office/lobby area. The back was worse. It does not inspire confidence in their abilities.

Fast and Professional As far as lawyers go, these are some of the top. Very professional. When we needed a certain legal service, they were able to get us right in and then they acted very quickly. I've worked with other lawyers that took weeks to get things done. They answered all our questions and were not in a hurry to rush us out of the office either. I would highly recommend them to my friends!
